Kundalini Gong Bath with the Alissa and Jules- In this hour and a half workshop, they will lead us through a Kundalini Meditation, followed by a guided relaxation, and into a healing and revitalizing Sound Bath.  First crystal singing bowls will be played followed by the gong.  Come experience sound.
